The proprietor of Achievax Base Schools, Alakuko, Lagos, Ayodeji Omotola, has charged pupils to let integrity, resilience, and excellence be their guiding principles in life.

Speaking at the school’s 18th graduation ceremony, which produced 127 graduates, Omotola stressed that the pupils had been well-equipped with knowledge and skills to succeed. He encouraged them to maintain discipline and good conduct while striving for greater achievements.

Omotola told the graduands, **“As you step out of these gates and into the wider world, remember the values that have been inculcated in you, which are integrity, resilience, and excellence. Life will offer both opportunities and challenges, but I am confident that you have been adequately equipped not just with knowledge but with wisdom.

Do not fear—let it be a teacher. Do not rest on your achievements, but let them be stepping stones. And above all, never forget where you came from because your roots will keep you grounded as you reach for the stars. Each of you has unique potential, and your achievement will be so immeasurable.” **

He also applauded parents for their sacrifices, noting that their dedication of time and resources had helped lay a solid foundation for their children’s future.

In his goodwill message, the Head of the Economics Department at Lagos State University, Prof. Olarenwaju Ogunlana, urged the graduates to be worthy representatives of their alma mater.

The outgoing Senior Prefect, Joseph Omotola, and his female counterpart, Olamide Coker, expressed gratitude to parents and teachers for their unwavering commitment. They encouraged fellow graduands “to step into the world with courage.”
