The State of Education in Africa

According to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), sub-Saharan Africa has the highest number of out-of-school children in the world, with over 60 million children aged 5-14 not attending school. Additionally, many African countries struggle with inadequate infrastructure, insufficient funding, and a shortage of qualified teachers.
